After successfully submitting your online registration, our Operations dept. will confirm your registration and send you an electronic invoice, via email.

YES. You can send us the names of the people attending at any time, even on the day of the conference. You can also make changes at any time. It is free of charge.
In that case, please put "TBA" (to be advised) under First Name / Last Name field.

Registration fees are inclusive of program materials, luncheons and refreshments, but exclude accommodation and travel expenses. All fees are NET Euro value.

Organizer is a limited liability company, headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. As such all the invoices it issues for events organized outside of Hungary are with 0 (zero) VAT and with "Reverse Charge" clause.

After receiving the notification of the online registration, an electronic invoice will be generated by software and forwarded to the client's email address indicated on the registration. After an electronic invoice has been e-mailed to the client, all payments are due within 5 (five) business days. All payments must be received before the commencement of the event.

The online registration constitutes a legally binding contract between the Organizer and the Client.

YES. Transfer can be made at any time, even on the day of the conference. It is free of charge.

YES. A single pass can be "shared" that way, to attend both days.

Please note however that you cannot purchase a pass for the DAY 2 Masterclass only. The options are to either attend just the DAY 1 Main Conference OR both DAY 1 Main Conference + DAY 2 Masterclass, in which case there is a significant saving of €200 per pass.

You have two options:

1. Use this web-form for each delegate you'd like to register.

2. Drop us an email to register@peopleanalyticsforum.eu and we will help you with the registarton.

Cancellation is always a misfortunate event, so consider carefully before you register. In case your participation fee has been paid for, there are two options:

1. Transfer participation to a colleague at any time, free of charge.

2. Receive a Credit Voucher for any future event. If cancellation is made:
∙ more than 60 days before the conference date, there is no admin fee for credits notes.
∙ between 30 and 60 days before the conference date, credit vouchers are subject to a 20% admin fee, due to commitments made to our own suppliers.
∙ less than 30 days prior to the conference, credit vouchers are subject to a 50% admin fee.
